  • The proximity of the capital (60 km from the capital) and of the Tunis-Carthage airport (40 minutes from the airport);
     
  • Availability of skilled labor;
     
  • Existence of a well-developed industrial infrastructure;
     
  • Existence of Industrial tradition for more than a hundred years;
